Merry Monday Challenge

Hi everyone! The year got away from me and I haven’t been able to find time to post in forever. I haven’t even had a card club for three months. I need a crafting fix! So, once again, my New Years’ resolution is to post more often. And of course I want to make Christmas cards in advance! Once again, I have to make TONS of Christmas cards in a few days so I have time to mail them. Card 1 is inspired by the Merry Monday Challenge. You should totally join in for the last challenge of the year!

koala-christmas-cheerNot only do I have a ton of Christmas cards to make, but I forgot to re-stock Christmas paper!  I used the Snowflake Embossing folder to give my White daisy paper a Christmas feel.  I also used Cranberry, and a scrap of retired Snowhaven paper. Christmas cards need sparkle, so I added a strip of black shimmer trim cut in half to go above and below my Christmas paper.  The stamp is Christmas Down Under stamped using black and Cranberry inks.  I colored the koala with Carmine, Vivid Green, Warm Gray 4, and Mahogany ShinHan Touch Twin Markers.

Merry Christmas,

new siggy
